1. Advise and support managers in managing team relations and navigating organizational changes.
2. Define recruitment needs in collaboration with department heads and guide them through the recruitment process.
3. Facilitate professional development and manage internal mobility and development plans within Cartier and the Richemont Group.
4. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Participate in HR-related projects to strengthen company culture and engage in innovative cross-functional projects.
6. Oversee administrative management tasks and supervise the maturity intern.

1. University degree or Federal Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large-scale watchmaking or industrial environment.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all hierarchical levels.
2. Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
3. Strong adherence to ethical principles and company values.

University degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
