- Advise and support managers in managing team relations and navigating organizational changes.
- Define recruitment needs in collaboration with department heads and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Facilitate professional development and manage internal mobility and development plans within Cartier and the Richemont Group.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in HR-related projects to strengthen company culture and engage in innovative cross-functional projects.
- Oversee administrative management tasks and supervise the maturity intern.
- University degree or Federal Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large-scale watchmaking or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong adherence to ethical principles and company values.

University degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
