1. Serve as an exemplary ambassador of the Cartier brand, embodying its image and values.
2. Manage the boutique's reception, including client orientation and handling appointments.
3. Ensure impeccable and personalized service quality.
4. Utilize internal communication tools to facilitate efficient client service.
5. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the in-boutique client journey.
6. Participate in the integration and ongoing training of the Hospitality team.
7. Coordinate with external service providers to mobilize necessary resources.
8. Organize and maintain the daily operations of beverage and catering stations within the boutique.
9. Anticipate peak periods and adjust organizational strategies accordingly.
10. Skillfully manage client wait times.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +2 / +3 / +4 / +5.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
3. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service is ideal.
