- Serve as an exemplary ambassador of the Cartier brand, embodying its image and values.
- Manage the boutique's reception, including client orientation and handling appointments.
- Ensure impeccable and personalized service quality.
- Utilize internal communication tools to facilitate efficient client service.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the in-boutique client journey.
- Participate in the integration and ongoing training of the Hospitality team.
- Coordinate with external service providers to mobilize necessary resources.
- Organize and maintain the daily operations of beverage and catering stations within the boutique.
- Anticipate peak periods and adjust organizational strategies accordingly.
- Skillfully manage client wait times.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +2 / +3 / +4 / +5.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service is ideal.
