1. Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the High Jewelry Sales Team, ensuring all products and resources are ready for client appointments.
2. Support hospitality elements of High Jewelry appointments, including beverage service and light refreshments.
3. Interact with clients, providing exceptional service with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
4. Assist the High Jewelry Sales Team by managing product logistics during appointments.
5. Maintain the client wishlist in the product management catalogue and provide detailed recaps to the Sales Team.
6. Anticipate and address the needs of the Sales Team and clients promptly and effectively.
7. Uphold the Cartier image by maintaining a professional demeanor and acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
8. Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations to support bespoke appointments as needed.
9. Follow-up and report on pending High Jewelry deals using the opportunity management tool.
10. Assist with client development actions, including creating wishlists, fulfilling gifting ideas, and booking reservations.
11. Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as expense reports and email proof-reading.
12. Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately and promptly.
13. Collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional guest journey.
14. Monitor and follow-up on client care-service matters with appropriate stakeholders.
15. Set-up and break down High Jewelry product displays and conduct inventory counts as required.
16. Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure correct displays and adjust as necessary.
17. Ensure all High-End pieces are tagged correctly and in optimal condition.
18. Update and maintain an active High Jewelry library, including product news and collection books.
19. Submit and follow-up on transfer requests for High-End products to ensure timely arrivals.
20. Comply with all Cartier security and operational procedures, including product handling and inventory control.
21. Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries.
22. Support broader boutique operations and hospitality tasks when not engaged in High Jewelry activities.
23. Remain thoroughly informed about the full range of High-End products and the luxury marketplace.

1. Educational background or equivalent experience in high-end retail or hospitality.
2. Supplemental education or credentials from GIA, Gem-A, FHH, or similar institutions are advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is required.

Educational background or equivalent experience in high-end retail or hospitality.

Expected salary range: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
