Cartier High Jewelry Coordination Assistant

- Monitor operational flows and stock levels of High Jewelry in France.
- Ensure optimal stock levels in each boutique, aligning with European targets weekly.
- Maintain stock quality across boutiques weekly.
- Proactively manage and update daily flow management tools.
- Create pro-forma invoices and transfer orders in SAP for international High Jewelry flows.
- Act as the key contact for boutique stockists regarding in/out flows of High Jewelry pieces.
- Coordinate with the Richemont logistics team to anticipate in/out flows of pieces.
- Precisely and reactively track and manage stock flows.
- Structure merchandising to ensure impactful displays in all showcases, proposing rebalancing within France and Europe.
- Support the development of product support materials.
- Assist the High-End store planner with quarterly merchandising reviews and monthly product mapping with price ranges.
- Contribute to morning briefings on product storytelling.
- Communicate traditional mapping.
- Coordinate various projects within the business unit.
- Contribute to data extraction and analysis as needed.
- Support the High-End store planner in implementing cross-functional projects related to business developments.
- Follow up on High Jewelry reservations in Plaza with boutiques.
- Enrollment in a business school, university, or equivalent program.
- Significant initial experience of 6 months required.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-sufficient and results-oriented.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent.
Internship opportunity available from January 2026 for a full-time duration of 6 months.
