Cartier High-End Manager

- Drive the local High-End strategy and oversee its development to meet business targets.
- Act as a key representative at High-End events, providing market feedback and developing the sales force.
- Participate in defining the High-End Business Development strategy and objectives with the Commercial Director.
- Implement proactive strategies to target and cultivate relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients.
- Provide insightful feedback to stakeholders across retail, marketing, merchandising, training, communication, and events.
- Establish action plans to increase the High-End client base, focusing on loyalty and acquisition.
- Work with boutiques to implement sales development plans and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Manage annual High-End budgets, including forecasting, performance tracking, and investment planning.
- Equip sales teams with necessary tools and knowledge for success and expand internal communities.
- Proven track record of 8 years’ experience in the luxury industry, specifically in High Jewellery, High-End Watches, or Jewellery.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels within a complex, matrix environment.
- Strategic thinking and comfort with ambiguity in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Customer-oriented behavior with high sensitivity to clients’ needs and aspirations.
A minimum of 8 years in the luxury industry, with specific experience in managing High Jewellery, High-End Watches, or Jewellery.
