1. Manage and organize High Jewellery events and local activations, ensuring seamless client experiences.
2. Support retail teams with hospitality arrangements during events.
3. Collaborate with agencies to curate personalized client experiences.
4. Provide onsite support during events and assist with post-event reporting and analysis.
5. Handle vendor management and payment processing.
6. Work with CRM and retail teams to develop gifting strategies.
7. Propose client treatment ideas based on profiles and tailor unique experiences.
8. Support client travel and lifestyle requests, including bookings.

1. Experience in luxury retail, hospitality events, or customer engagement preferred.
2. High attention to detail and understanding of luxury standards.
3. Strong project management and communication skills.
4. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
