- Manage pre-event and onsite client interactions for High Jewellery events and local activations.
- Support retail teams in planning and executing hospitality arrangements to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with appointed agencies to curate personalized experiences for VIP clients, enhancing client journeys and loyalty.
- Provide onsite support during events to address ad hoc client requests.
- Coordinate with regional teams and headquarters to ensure client validations are accurate.
- Assist in post-event reporting and analysis.
- Oversee vendor management and payment processing.
- Work with CRM and retail teams to develop gifting strategies.
- Support retail teams in high-end client development by proposing tailored client treatment ideas.
- Recommend and customize unique experiences in collaboration with local agencies or external partners.
- Facilitate client travel and lifestyle requests, including flight, hotel, and restaurant bookings.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality events, or customer engagement preferred.
- Attention to detail and understanding of luxury standards.
- Strong project management and communication skills.

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality events, or customer engagement is preferred.
