1. Define and implement the High-End strategy and commercial objectives for the Benelux & Nordics markets.
2. Coordinate with European and local commercial leadership to drive High-End business growth.
3. Participate in sales planning and forecasting for High-End products.
4. Ensure operational excellence and ideal product assortments in boutiques.
5. Support client acquisition and upgrade strategies in collaboration with the client's department.
6. Lead and contribute to regional and international High-End events.
7. Develop a local High-End community and support teams with product knowledge.
8. Manage special order activity and supervise discount requests.
9. Ensure commercial coherence and coordinate the annual price revision process.

1. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful High-End business strategies within the luxury goods sector.
2. Strong understanding of the High Jewellery market and client engagement techniques.
