1. Identify, evaluate, and analyze workplace risks and hazards.
2. Develop and implement safety and health improvement plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) manager to design training modules and educate employees on health and safety risks.
4. Conduct safety audits and gather data on incidents to implement corrective measures.
5. Lead the advancement of health-related action plans, including risk management and incident reporting.
6. Promote a culture of workplace health and safety to minimize accidents and occupational illnesses.
7. Establish and oversee emergency response protocols, including detection, reaction, and evacuation procedures.
8. Participate in environmental analysis and waste management to reduce carbon footprint.
9. Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards and monitor environmental indicators.
10. Prepare for LEAD certification and propose operational optimizations.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Several years of varied industrial experience.

2. Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
3. Proficiency in risk anticipation and innovative solution implementation.
4. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and emergency management.

Several years of proven and diverse experience in an industrial setting, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental management.
