- Implement the Marketing and CRM strategy for the UAE market to support business growth.
- Provide product and client insights to identify priorities and design marketing strategies.
- Lead data and CRM initiatives to enhance engagement, conversion, and client retention.
- Adapt global campaigns and design local campaigns to meet market needs and client journeys.
- Support UAE boutique network in optimizing clienteling actions and developing loyal clients.
- Define local product strategy in alignment with international guidelines.
- Analyze UAE market activity on product segments and review budget proposals.
- Monitor category performance and implement action plans to ensure business growth.
- Lead and manage a large team, ensuring effective people management.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing, specifically product marketing.
- Strong experience in CRM within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
- Passion for storytelling and client journeys with a client-centric mindset.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large teams.
- Dynamic and agile with a strong team spirit.
