1. Lead and manage a team of 5 digital designers dedicated to the creation of unique high jewelry pieces.
2. Participate in recruitment and project allocation, ensuring prioritization of tasks.
3. Guide the team in project advancement, cost estimation, and decision-making processes.
4. Facilitate collaboration between workshop leaders and designers, ensuring workshop constraints are integrated into designs.
5. Develop training plans to support team growth and career development.
6. Ensure succession planning and continuity of operations.
7. Design and strategize product development, including 3D modeling and prototype documentation.
8. Ensure product feasibility in collaboration with technical services.
9. Manage project timelines and alert on any deviations.
10. Oversee subcontracting processes, including supplier qualification and deliverable validation.
11. Engage in cross-functional projects related to digital processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Proven experience in CAD within the jewelry industry, preferably using Creo or Rhino & RhinoGold and Grasshopper.
2. Strong knowledge of jewelry-making techniques.
3. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Proactive, reactive, and curious with a keen aesthetic sense.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.

1. CAD proficiency in jewelry design software such as Creo or Rhino & RhinoGold.
2. Strong understanding of jewelry-making techniques.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to translate creative intentions into 3D designs.
5. Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Confirmed experience in CAD within the jewelry sector, with a preference for expertise in Creo or Rhino & RhinoGold and Grasshopper.
