- Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 individuals in the Multibar Machining sector.
- Oversee the production of links, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
- Drive skill development and versatility within the team.
- Support the EEF (Ensemble Excellence Futur) corporate project, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement projects.
- Utilize performance indicators and IT tools to effectively communicate key information.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- CFC or ES Technician Diploma in Microtechnology/Micromechanics.
- Proven experience in team management, particularly in a technical support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools and performance indicators.
- Leadership and stress management abilities.
- Adaptability and autonomous working capability.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Substantial experience in team management within a manufacturing or technical environment.
CFC or ES Technician Diploma in Microtechnology/Micromechanics.
