Cartier Global Merchandising Intern

- Assist in the deployment of merchandising activities, including quantitative analysis to optimize category performance.
- Participate in assortment guidelines and space planning recommendations.
- Support product launches with a focus on network, quantities, assortments, and phasing.
- Conduct weekly sales analyses by product type, collection, geography, and boutique, and monitor recent launches.
- Track objectives, analyze variances, and identify growth opportunities.
- Create granular sales reports and conduct specific ad hoc analyses.
- Regularly monitor market trends.
- Support local teams in defining and deploying action plans to enhance sales.
- Propose restocking strategies and recommend model-stock evolution at boutique or market level.
- Rebalance stock between markets.
- Contribute to the operational organization of showrooms in a project mode with various stakeholders.
- Consolidate and adjust launch strategies and quantities by region/market while respecting overall balances and maximizing regional/market preferences.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Previous significant experience of 6 months in merchandising.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Product sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with a strong orientation towards results and service.
- Fluent in English.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, University, or equivalent.
Up to €1,400 gross monthly, depending on the level of study.
