Cartier Fragrances Product Manager

- Support the development and implementation of the regional perfume marketing strategy for the MEIAT region.
- Coordinate 360° product launches and ensure seamless communication between HQ and local markets.
- Collaborate with various teams to define and execute cohesive action plans for strategic focuses.
- Develop and track sales budgets and translate strategic plans into market-specific strategies.
- Prepare reports and analyses on product performance and market insights.
- Define and orchestrate 360° launch plans, including forecasting and stock level management.
- Develop and implement sales support and training tools for new products.
- Engage with the community and support commercial partnerships and client activations.
- Monitor competition and market trends to propose actionable insights.
- Lead specific strategic projects, including E-commerce and CRM initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in the Middle East region.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a creative and innovative spirit.
A minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry, ideally within the Middle East region, with experience in product management and strategic marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, monthly housing allowance, travel costs related to relocation, and health insurance.
