- Act as a brand ambassador for Cartier Fragrance products in Travel Retail at Changi Singapore.
- Promote Cartier Fragrance products at the assigned counter.
- Welcome and engage customers, share product knowledge, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional consultations.
- Maintain basic housekeeping and adhere to all operational procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as necessary.
- Ensure counter cleanliness and proper presentation of products and testers on shelves.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience; previous exposure in the beauty or luxury industry is advantageous.
- Sales-driven and customer-service oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest and/or knowledge of Fragrance products.
- Proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales results.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
