1. Act as a brand ambassador for Cartier Fragrance products in Travel Retail at Changi Singapore.
2. Promote Cartier Fragrance products at the assigned counter.
3. Welcome and engage customers, share product knowledge, and convert opportunities into sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional consultations.
5. Maintain basic housekeeping and adhere to all operational procedures.
6. Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as necessary.
7. Ensure counter cleanliness and proper presentation of products and testers on shelves.

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience; previous exposure in the beauty or luxury industry is advantageous.

1. Sales-driven and customer-service oriented.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Interest and/or knowledge of Fragrance products.
4. Proactive with a willingness to learn.
5. Responsible and able to work independently.
6. Meticulous attention to detail.
7. Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales results.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
