- Generate and analyze monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with Points of Sale, Retail Partners, and Supply Chain for monthly sell-in and deliveries.
- Execute sales-driving operational actions, including rostering, incentives management, and events.
- Conduct market visits to optimize retail environments and implement Visual Merchandising.
- Ensure optimal in-store placement and effective Visual Merchandising displays.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with retail trainers.
- Process purchase orders and invoices for sales-related expenses.
- Support trade marketing efforts, including assortment optimization and ecommerce updates.
- Collaborate with central fragrance marketing for product launches and pricing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing business review materials and presentations for key meetings.
- Conduct market research to support new projects or strategic initiatives.
- Consolidate data and reports for HQ submissions and communicate global guidelines to markets.
- Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- General understanding of luxury retail; previous internship experience is advantageous.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
- Proactive with the ability to multitask and navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
Previous experience in luxury retail or relevant internships is beneficial but not mandatory.
Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
