Cartier Fragrance Product Manager

- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for Cartier Fragrances, focusing on high-end product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fragrance activations and enhance brand desirability.
- Define and implement retail business strategies to drive growth in key boutiques.
- Set and track ambitious sales targets, providing regular business performance analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique leadership and high-end retail partners.
- Manage point of sales materials (POSM) forecasts and allocations in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Conduct training sessions and develop training materials for internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations for seasonal market meetings.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in product management within the luxury or fashion industry, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Creative mindset with a high aesthetic sense.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work in an international setting.
Previous experience in product management within the luxury or fashion industry, ideally in the cosmetics or fragrances category.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, including a housing allowance.
The position offers an 18-month contract with health insurance, travel cost coverage related to relocation, and a supportive international environment for professional and personal growth.
