Cartier Fragrance Merchandiser and Coordinator

- Ensure the supply chain management of the fragrance segment for the French subsidiary, optimizing stock levels.
- Monitor inventory in collaboration with internal and external partners, including suppliers and marketing product managers, based on boutique activities and new arrivals.
- Regularly update the dedicated dashboard of indicators to alert partners and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure product availability at sales points in collaboration with the Maison's fragrance partners.
- Manage product flow within the dedicated SAP tool for the relevant product segment.
- Guarantee forecasts and assortment strategies for products in boutiques and partner sales points.
- Analyze sales regularly and follow up with the commercial and marketing teams to identify bestsellers and propose corrective actions or assortment strategy adjustments.
- Review and adjust sales hypotheses quarterly in collaboration with product managers and according to subsidiary objectives.
- Provide assortment recommendations to partners.
- Update dedicated tools regarding assortments (SAP/Booster) and enter orders related to the introduction of new products in boutiques.
- Coordinate all flows related to staff allocations and complimentary products.
- Act as the internal contact for all requests for products allocated to employees, adhering to the established procedure.
- Serve as the internal contact for all requests for complimentary products or allocations for celebrities, following the established procedure.
- Degree from an engineering or management school, with ideally significant initial experience in procurement.
- Analytical and synthetic mindset, comfortable with numbers and IT tools (proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP).
- Knowledge of the luxury and beauty sectors.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and creativity with a focus on action and innovation.
- Facilitation skills, service orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
Significant initial experience in procurement, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.
Degree from an engineering or management school.
