- Generate and analyze monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with Points of Sale (POS), retail partners, and supply chain for monthly sell-in and deliveries.
- Execute sales-driving operational actions, including rostering, incentives management, and event coordination.
- Conduct market visits to optimize product visibility and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) strategies.
- Ensure effective in-store VM displays and optimal product placement.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with retail trainers.
- Process purchase orders and invoices to ensure timely execution of sales-related expenses.
- Support trade marketing initiatives, including assortment optimization and ecommerce updates.
- Collaborate with central fragrance marketing for product launches and visual merchandising.
- Assist in preparing business review materials and presentations for key meetings.
- Conduct market research to support new projects or strategic initiatives.
- Consolidate data and reports for submissions to headquarters.
- Disseminate global guidelines and communications from headquarters to respective markets.
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- General understanding of luxury retail; previous relevant internship experience preferred.
- Proactive with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong timeline, stakeholder, and deliverable management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred, particularly in an internship capacity.
Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
