1. Consolidate monthly Sell in-Sell out reports and follow up with partners.
2. Support the team in organizing partner information.
3. Update monthly regional reports.
4. Request and organize office orders for samples and other items.
5. Coordinate shipments to partners and boutiques.
6. Create reports to track PLV material shipments.
7. Review PLV needs with Area Managers.
8. Coordinate translation of product news and training materials.
9. Share VM guidelines with partners and boutiques.
10. Assist with invoice processing and tracking selling expenses.
11. Organize logistics for training and seminars.
12. Coordinate meetings and events.
13. Support the team with administrative tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
2. Master’s degree is a plus.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; French and Portuguese are a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Team player and detail-oriented.

Prior experience in business analysis, commercial assistance, or operational marketing.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
