1. Consolidate monthly Sell in-Sell out reports and liaise with partners to ensure timely submission.
2. Support the optimization and organization of partner information within the network.
3. Update monthly regional reports.
4. Manage office orders for samples and gifts, and organize shipments to partners and boutiques.
5. Create and track reports for PLV material distribution to partners and boutiques.
6. Conduct monthly reviews with Area Managers regarding PLV needs.
7. Coordinate translation of product news and training materials for partners.
8. Distribute visual merchandising guidelines to partners and boutiques.
9. Assist with invoice processing and tracking of selling expenses.
10. Organize logistics for training sessions and seminars.
11. Coordinate office meetings and events.
12. Provide administrative support, including printing presentations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
2. Master’s degree is advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Bilingual in English and Spanish; French and Portuguese are advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills with a comfort in handling figures.
4. Detail-oriented team player.

Prior experience in business analysis, commercial assistance, or operational marketing is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
