Cartier Fragrance Commercial Account Manager

- Communicate monthly network status updates to North America and HQ teams.
- Lead strategic analysis of network, including yearly segmentation review and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with strategic stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Performance teams.
- Assist Account Executive teams with driving performance of KPIs with partners and ongoing general support.
- Support Commercial Director on ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives.
- Enforce the Specialist roadmap in collaboration with the Commercial Director, Marketing Manager, and Cartier Corporate team.
- Develop sales target per partner in collaboration with the Commercial Sales Director.
- Ensure stock management of each account, managing replenishment, novelty launches, and minimizing returns.
- Create seasonal strategic projects per retailer.
- Monitor retailer productivity at door and regional levels.
- Conduct bi-weekly touch base meetings with all partners.
- Manage stock in collaboration with Supply Chain team of saleable products and POSM per retailer, store, and region.
- Create in collaboration with SDP the Project and Score Cards for new Espace projects.
- Work with sales team on image consistency within the specialist network and execution of events.
- Schedule seasonal market meetings and post-market meetings.
- Analyze event ROI and provide commercial feedback to relevant departments.
- Support Commercial Director in developing strategic presentations and business plans for partners, account executives, and internal teams.
- Prepare business updates for internal, corporate, and HQ colleagues.
- Set-up and share specialist sell-out/sell-in report for all specialist accounts.
- Analyze sell-through reports and assist with assortment and SKU matrix per account.
- Monitor the Specialist P&L and create NSPOs.
- Create resourceful sales dashboards to analyze sales performance.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with groups.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Macro, and SAP knowledge is a plus.

Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or beauty industry is preferred.
Expected salary range: $90,000-$115,000. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
