Cartier Floor Supervisor

- Assist Boutique Management in defining, implementing, and monitoring action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and engagement.
- Optimize floor management in collaboration with the Boutique Assistants team to elevate client experience.
- Collaborate with the Cartier Learning & Development team to develop individual coaching plans for managers.
- Participate in cross-departmental and omni-channel projects, including client conversion and e-commerce initiatives.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after sales.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to foster loyalty and expand the client portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to all Group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Oversee the availability and use of client and sales tools, providing engaging and creative briefs.
- Assist with boutique operational projects, including inventories and IT implementations.
- Previous experience in management or leadership roles.
- Experience in the luxury watch or jewelry sector preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize and work under pressure in high-traffic environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client-centric approach with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP is beneficial.
- Ability to motivate and support sales associates.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in management or leadership roles, is preferred. Experience with sophisticated clientele and a background in watches or jewelry is advantageous.
