1. Coordinate the production of finished jewelry and watch products across various sites.
2. Align production capabilities with the strategic needs of the Maison.
3. Serve as Business Process Owner for strategic supply chain projects.
4. Identify key challenges in production capacity evolution.
5. Facilitate communication and decision-making processes within the supply chain.
6. Ensure accuracy of system information, particularly in SAP.
7. Participate in annual budget construction and quarterly revisions.
8. Lead strategic and cross-functional projects, including new product management and supply chain transformation.
9. Consolidate and draft convergence and simplification needs for project roadmaps.
10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations and production sites.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
3. Proven experience managing complex projects.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Expertise in SAP, Anaplan, and PowerBI.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
4. Autonomous and meticulous work ethic.
5. Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to mobilize stakeholders around a common vision.
7. Proactive and attentive listening skills.

Candidates must possess at least 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in handling complex projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
