- Coordinate the production of finished jewelry and watch products across various sites.
- Align production capabilities with the strategic needs of the Maison.
- Serve as Business Process Owner for strategic supply chain projects.
- Identify key challenges in production capacity evolution.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making processes within the supply chain.
- Ensure accuracy of system information, particularly in SAP.
- Participate in annual budget construction and quarterly revisions.
- Lead strategic and cross-functional projects, including new product management and supply chain transformation.
- Consolidate and draft convergence and simplification needs for project roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations and production sites.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Proven experience managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in SAP, Anaplan, and PowerBI.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Autonomous and meticulous work ethic.
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mobilize stakeholders around a common vision.
- Proactive and attentive listening skills.
Candidates must possess at least 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in handling complex projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
