1. Oversee and manage the production workshops for the Fine Jewelry range, ensuring alignment with the directives of various departments such as Finance, HR, Security, CSR, Industrialization, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality.
2. Organize and optimize workshop production to achieve the manufacturing of Fine Jewelry pieces, balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
3. Lead the workshop management system and foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and adherence to standards.
4. Ensure internal production reliability and flexibility to maximize service rates.
5. Adhere to budgetary commitments related to staffing, expenses, investments, inventory, and costs.
6. Develop team skills and career paths, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
7. Participate in talent recruitment and ensure adherence to corporate social responsibility policies regarding HR, security, safety, environment, and material traceability.
8. Contribute to process improvements and the integration of new technologies to enhance workshop performance.
9. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards while promoting the Maison's values of excellence, audacity, and service orientation.
