Cartier Fine Jewelry Workshop Manager

- Oversee and manage the production workshops for the Fine Jewelry range, ensuring alignment with the directives of various departments such as Finance, HR, Security, CSR, Industrialization, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality.
- Organize and optimize workshop production to achieve the manufacturing of Fine Jewelry pieces, balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
- Lead the workshop management system and foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and adherence to standards.
- Ensure internal production reliability and flexibility to maximize service rates.
- Adhere to budgetary commitments related to staffing, expenses, investments, inventory, and costs.
- Develop team skills and career paths, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in talent recruitment and ensure adherence to corporate social responsibility policies regarding HR, security, safety, environment, and material traceability.
- Contribute to process improvements and the integration of new technologies to enhance workshop performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards while promoting the Maison's values of excellence, audacity, and service orientation.
- Significant experience in managing a production team.
