Cartier Fine Jewelry Production Planning Manager

- Lead and coordinate the planning team and cross-functional teams to consolidate Fine Jewelry activities.
- Develop a production plan aligned with internal and external capacities and operational needs.
- Set monthly targets for the production plan, including securing new and existing product lines.
- Act as the supply chain reference for Fine Jewelry, liaising with central supply chain management, operations, marketing, and sales.
- Structure and lead the performance management process for Fine Jewelry, consolidating activity dashboards and analyzing performance.
- Oversee the long-term planning process for Fine Jewelry collections and manage internal workshop activities.
- Ensure operational needs are met through demand variation studies and action plan development.
- Participate in budget cycle preparation with financial control teams.
- Analyze and propose improvements or alerts for monthly execution deviations from medium and long-term plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and project initiatives to enhance planning agility.
- Consolidate, analyze, and disseminate performance reports and implement improvement actions.
- Manage Fine Jewelry wishlist demands and prioritize production orders.
- Oversee the Bestiary Center Stone offer, ensuring alignment with workshop capacity and stone availability.
- Serve as the supply chain reference for Fine Jewelry, participating in cross-functional supply chain projects.
- Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in supply chain or production management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Curiosity and proactivity.
- Excellent understanding of product development processes and planning challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel and information systems.
Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
