1. Lead and coordinate the planning team and cross-functional teams to consolidate Fine Jewelry activities.
2. Develop a production plan aligned with internal and external capacities and operational needs.
3. Set monthly targets for the production plan, including securing new and existing product lines.
4. Act as the supply chain reference for Fine Jewelry, liaising with central supply chain management, operations, marketing, and sales.
5. Structure and lead the performance management process for Fine Jewelry, consolidating activity dashboards and analyzing performance.
6. Oversee the long-term planning process for Fine Jewelry collections and manage internal workshop activities.
7. Ensure operational needs are met through demand variation studies and action plan development.
8. Participate in budget cycle preparation with financial control teams.
9. Analyze and propose improvements or alerts for monthly execution deviations from medium and long-term plans.
10. Drive continuous improvement and project initiatives to enhance planning agility.
11. Consolidate, analyze, and disseminate performance reports and implement improvement actions.
12. Manage Fine Jewelry wishlist demands and prioritize production orders.
13. Oversee the Bestiary Center Stone offer, ensuring alignment with workshop capacity and stone availability.
14. Serve as the supply chain reference for Fine Jewelry, participating in cross-functional supply chain projects.

1. Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in supply chain or production management.
