- Participate in monthly financial statement controls, focusing on income statements and balance sheets.
- Review and analyze sales figures and margin levels.
- Assist in stock reconciliation tasks, including inter-company flow reconciliations.
- Monitor budgetary expenses, comparing actual versus budgeted costs for various departments.
- Contribute to budget revision processes.
- Prepare monthly summaries of inventory discrepancies and analyze valuation differences.
- Track internal stock levels across departments such as production workshops, logistics, and expertise.
- Represent the Finance Department during inventory audits in production workshops.
- Support internal control activities by ensuring compliance with monthly closure controls and participating in process reviews and tests.
- Engage in digitalization and continuous improvement projects within the finance function.
- Respond to legal obligations such as INSEE surveys and ensure insurance stock levels align with declared values.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control from a university or business school.
- Desire to gain significant experience in management control and internal control within a Finance Department.
- Previous experience in management control or audit is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Strong motivation and eagerness to learn and engage.
Previous experience in management control or audit is a plus.
Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control (in progress).
