1. Participate in financial process improvement projects across all manufacturing sites.
2. Propose and implement actions for process optimization in precious material management.
3. Analyze and enhance performance through controlling measures.
4. Standardize management methods and consumption reporting frameworks.
5. Support the deployment of operational IT systems such as Manufacturing Execution System and financial interfaces.
6. Analyze, document, and formalize business rules to secure financial processes.
7. Create controls to ensure process reliability.

1. Currently pursuing higher education with a focus on finance, management, and/or IT.
2. Seeking a final-year internship, Bachelor's thesis, or equivalent.
3. Passionate about new technologies and project management.
4. Interest in the watchmaking and jewelry industry.

1. Organized and rigorous with strong autonomy.
2. Enjoys teamwork and possesses a proactive attitude.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical capabilities.
5. Proficiency in English is an advantage.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in finance, management, or IT is essential.
