Cartier Field Talent Acquisition Manager

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enhance candidate experience for boutique and corporate positions.
- Screen and qualify potential candidates, partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline using ATS, social media, and job boards.
- Understand and communicate labor market trends and regional compensation benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide market feedback.
- Collaborate with the Talent Director to create recruitment strategies by Maison and function.
- Lead intake meetings to understand vacancies and define interview cadence.
- Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors.
- Create digital job ads for social media and attend networking events to establish brand awareness.
- Track and communicate recruitment metrics and present to Executives and senior leadership.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels.
- Ability to manage a high requisition count while maintaining strong relationships.
- Experience working across time zones and maintaining flexibility.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS, social media, and digital platforms.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate empathy in challenging circumstances.
3-5 years in retail recruitment, particularly within luxury retail environments.
Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
