Cartier Expo Project Coordinator

- Provide operational support for the Women's Pavilion Exhibition, ensuring a seamless visitor experience in collaboration with the operations agency.
- Monitor and manage the registration system provided by Expo and Cartier.
- Act as an on-site Cartier representative within the pavilion, facilitating team transitions and resolving issues as they arise.
- Respond to public inquiries regarding the exhibition and events.
- Prepare biweekly reports on VIP guest visits, visitor trends, key issues, and survey feedback.
- Liaise with the Association to ensure compliance with Expo guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for regular facility maintenance and supply procurement.
- Support the Women's Pavilion mini-site by providing technical assistance and ensuring accurate completion of templates.
- Handle payment processing and budget tracking.
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, event organization, and operations.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactivity, ownership, and flexibility.
- Ability to perform well under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Global mindset for effective collaboration in an international team.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
A minimum of three years in public relations, event organization, and operations is required.
