- Provide daily administrative support to the Director of the Reims workshops, including managing the calendar, organizing meetings and travel, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and organize logistics for professional events such as meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Facilitate communication by drafting reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes, and ensuring information is effectively transmitted internally and externally.
- Manage administrative tasks including ordering supplies, overseeing deliveries, and maintaining activity dashboards.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new employees and assist with formalizing expense reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in a demanding environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously and with discretion.
- Adaptability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within a high-demand environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance or related field.
