Cartier Executive Assistant

- Provide administrative support to two Directors within the Marketing Communication Client department, managing their schedules and departmental administrative needs.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, room booking, and logistics management.
- Maintain and organize documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements in collaboration with the travel service.
- Oversee the department's budget, conducting monthly expenditure tracking and proposing budget adjustments during quarterly reviews.
- Manage general services within the department and ensure smooth information flow among team members.
- Organize team travel in collaboration with the travel service.
- Ensure governance is implemented effectively and participate in daily team activities, such as organizing breakfasts and team events.
- Support project management, including organizing events related to key moments for the Maison and coordinating meetings with markets.
- Organize team-building activities, including program proposals and coordination.
- Provide occasional support to Directors on cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in a luxury house or large international company.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Fluency in English.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and jewelry industry.
A minimum of 3 years in executive assistance, preferably within a luxury brand or large international company.
