Cartier Executive Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the International Marketing Director for Leather Goods & Accessories, including calendar management and meeting organization.
- Oversee the department's budget, ensuring monthly expense tracking and proposing budget adjustments during quarterly reviews.
- Manage general services for the department, including document organization and ensuring easy access to marketing materials.
- Facilitate information flow within the team and maintain the departmental schedule.
- Organize team travel in collaboration with the travel service.
- Lead strategic event projects, coordinating all processes from planning to execution.
- Coordinate meetings with markets, including agenda setting and product coordination.
- Organize team-building activities and support directors on cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in executive assistance within a luxury brand or large international company.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and autonomous work style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Ability to foster team cohesion and take initiative.
At least 2-3 years of experience in executive assistance, preferably within a luxury brand or large international company.
