1. Support Events Project Managers in the planning and execution of events across Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN.
2. Assist in organizing product-related events, including pop-ups and exhibitions.
3. Coordinate retail partner programming and boutique animation activities.
4. Manage ad hoc press events and vendor sourcing.
5. Prepare event proposal decks and manage SAP-related tasks such as purchase order creation and invoice processing.
6. Oversee storeroom and warehouse inventory management.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in event management and luxury branding is preferred.
