1. Support strategic and institutional events under the guidance of the Senior Events Manager.
2. Assist the Event Team in executing various projects throughout the year.
3. Collaborate closely with Event Managers on specific projects.
4. Coordinate with external suppliers and manage project timelines and schedules.
5. Support guest list management for key events such as Cartier Polo and Cartier Racing Awards.
6. Conduct competitor research and compile monthly reports.
7. Assist with gifting logistics and tracking.
8. Update event budgets as directed by Event Managers.
9. Organize event debriefs and post-event reports.
10. Manage office tasks including arranging meetings and maintaining filing systems.
11. Handle SAP and invoicing processes.
12. Maintain and update the Events Contacts list.

1. Passion for the luxury industry and awareness of competitor event activities.
2. Ability to work under tight deadlines with composure.
3. Experience in guest list management is preferred.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt.

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Diplomatic, objective, and confident demeanor.
5. Creative and ambitious with a passion for events.

Previous experience in event management or a related field is advantageous but not required.
