Cartier Events Intern

- Update and maintain the events database, including suppliers, catering, and new venues.
- Assist in monitoring and updating the annual calendar, retro planning, and events budget using Excel.
- Collaborate with the local finance team for vendor creation and extensions.
- Oversee the events inventory and serve as the primary contact for the warehouse.
- Coordinate shipments for events, including sending and receiving.
- Aid in the preparation of creative briefs, presentations, and post-event reports using PowerPoint.
- Collect, compile, and organize information on major competitors.
- Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
- Specialization in events, marketing, or communication.
- Availability for a full-time internship.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive and professional team player.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong enthusiasm for events and communications is essential.
Currently enrolled in a university program, specializing in events, marketing, or communication.
Paid internship with full coverage of commuting costs.
