1. Update and maintain the events database, including suppliers, catering, and new venues.
2. Assist in monitoring and updating the annual calendar, retro planning, and events budget using Excel.
3. Collaborate with the local finance team for vendor creation and extensions.
4. Oversee the events inventory and serve as the primary contact for the warehouse.
5. Coordinate shipments for events, including sending and receiving.
6. Aid in the preparation of creative briefs, presentations, and post-event reports using PowerPoint.
7. Collect, compile, and organize information on major competitors.

1. Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
2. Specialization in events, marketing, or communication.
3. Availability for a full-time internship.

1. Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous.
2. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
3. Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Positive and professional team player.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong enthusiasm for events and communications is essential.

Currently enrolled in a university program, specializing in events, marketing, or communication.
