Cartier Event Management Intern

- Perform routine administrative and secretarial tasks, including deadline management, correspondence handling, agenda maintenance, scheduling visits, and preparing presentations.
- Arrange necessary services such as hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, leisure or educational activities, and transportation for clients and partners.
- Assist the Internal Communication and Polo Management teams in organizing specific corporate events, including Christmas parties, annual workshops, and team-building activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and stress management skills.
- Willingness to undertake short business trips for site inspections and meetings.
No prior experience required, but previous exposure to event management or administrative roles is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business Management.
