1. Examine all client and stock repairs to determine necessary repair services.
2. Update system information, including item conditions, repair details, and cost estimates in SAP, ensuring adherence to brand lead times.
3. Verify gemstone authenticity and condition, and report counterfeit or non-original items in the system.
4. Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with service requests and brand quality standards.
5. Examine manufactured stock merchandise for adherence to quality standards.
6. Record quality issues in SAP and notify relevant departments.
7. Provide interdepartmental administrative support and adhere to security procedures.
8. Participate in continuous process improvement and workshop maintenance.
9. Assign precious metal bank to technicians as needed.

1. Associate's degree
2. Jewelry manufacturing diploma or bench experience preferred

1. Understanding of jewelry manufacturing techniques
2. Gemological knowledge preferred
3. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine jewelry repair and/or manufacturing.

Associate's degree

Hourly range: $35.00 - $45.00. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
