Cartier Estimator and Quality Controller

- Examine all client and stock repairs to determine necessary repair services.
- Update system information, including item conditions, repair details, and cost estimates in SAP, ensuring adherence to brand lead times.
- Verify gemstone authenticity and condition, and report counterfeit or non-original items in the system.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with service requests and brand quality standards.
- Examine manufactured stock merchandise for adherence to quality standards.
- Record quality issues in SAP and notify relevant departments.
- Provide interdepartmental administrative support and adhere to security procedures.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and workshop maintenance.
- Assign precious metal bank to technicians as needed.
- Associate's degree
- Jewelry manufacturing diploma or bench experience preferred
- Understanding of jewelry manufacturing techniques
- Gemological knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine jewelry repair and/or manufacturing.
Associate's degree
Hourly range: $35.00 - $45.00. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
