1. Participate in the continuous improvement of watch production processes within the development department, collaborating with production teams, technical support, and method departments to enhance industrial performance.
2. Support the continuous improvement of the Customer Service department by mapping service flows and proposing standardized document organization across digital storage platforms.
3. Collaborate with CAD and technical experts to define new methodological standards for 3D design, focusing on conception, metrology, functional analysis, and methods.
4. Propose and mature solutions for watch concepts, ensuring integration into the product and alignment with design principles, identifying optimal actors and technologies for implementation.
5. Advance Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the Supplier Quality Assurance team and initiate a Lean Office project within the same team.
6. Conduct an in-depth analysis of chemical compliance testing policies, proposing improvements to meet current and future environmental and regulatory challenges.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on industrial engineering, production management, mechanics, or materials.
2. Passion for the watchmaking industry.

1. Autonomous and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
2. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
3. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
4. Knowledge of CAD is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant engineering disciplines is essential.

Pursuing a degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on industrial engineering, production management, mechanics, or materials.
