Cartier Engineering Intern

- Participate in the continuous improvement of watch production processes within the development department, collaborating with production teams, technical support, and method departments to enhance industrial performance.
- Support the continuous improvement of the Customer Service department by mapping service flows and proposing standardized document organization across digital storage platforms.
- Collaborate with CAD and technical experts to define new methodological standards for 3D design, focusing on conception, metrology, functional analysis, and methods.
- Propose and mature solutions for watch concepts, ensuring integration into the product and alignment with design principles, identifying optimal actors and technologies for implementation.
- Advance Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the Supplier Quality Assurance team and initiate a Lean Office project within the same team.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of chemical compliance testing policies, proposing improvements to meet current and future environmental and regulatory challenges.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on industrial engineering, production management, mechanics, or materials.
- Passion for the watchmaking industry.
- Autonomous and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Knowledge of CAD is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant engineering disciplines is essential.
Pursuing a degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on industrial engineering, production management, mechanics, or materials.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in a prestigious manufacturing environment, developing key skills such as project management, critical thinking, and leadership.
