1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program with four 6-month rotations in Manufacturing, Operations, and Corporate teams.

4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the luxury industry through hands-on experience in different functions.

1. Recent graduate with an engineering degree, including those with a dual degree from a business school.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Willingness to relocate across Switzerland, France, and Italy for the duration of the program.
