1. Participate in a 24-month rotational program with four 6-month rotations across Manufacturing, Operations, and Corporate teams.
2. Engage in operational management and leadership tasks within a global luxury company.
3. Immerse in various environments including jewelry and watchmaking manufacturing, supply chain operations, and business management.
4. Contribute to demanding and impactful assignments.
5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the luxury industry through practical experience.

1. Recently graduated engineer, potentially with a dual degree from a business school.
