- Participate in a 24-month rotational program with four 6-month rotations across Manufacturing, Operations, and Corporate teams.
- Gain comprehensive insights into operational management and leadership within a global luxury company.
- Engage in challenging assignments that enhance analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Develop project management and leadership capabilities.
- Contribute to business-critical projects and initiatives.
- Build a global network of professional relationships within Cartier.
- Recent engineering graduate, preferably with a dual degree from a business school.
- Passion for creating timeless luxury products and a commitment to technical excellence.
- Geographical mobility across Switzerland, France, and Italy for the duration of the program.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in engineering is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably with a dual degree in Business.
