- Manage the end-to-end process of online product launches for ecommerce partners, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining an up-to-date critical path.
- Collaborate with ecommerce partners to enhance the visibility of new product launches and optimize online merchandising standards.
- Maintain and develop comprehensive online product listings with partners, identifying opportunities to improve onsite offerings and conversion rates.
- Manage online stock files for partners to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize out-of-stock order declarations.
- Optimize product merchandising daily using retail and visual merchandising techniques, focusing on sales, stock levels, new arrivals, and productivity.
- Enhance on-site search results to improve user experience and product discoverability.
- Conduct daily site assessments to evaluate the relevance of the user journey and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with the regional team to ensure the UK site is localized with relevant content and merchandising strategies.
- Run sales KPIs and web analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and identify trends.
- Benchmark performance against regional and global ecommerce analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting to challenge performance, identify business needs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activity and media coverage to inform onsite actions and strategies for all UK ecommerce networks.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze large data sets using formulas and pivot tables.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a mindset for innovative solutions.
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication across teams and with external partners.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in ecommerce and luxury fashion is advantageous.
