Cartier Ecommerce Executive

- Coordinate with Client Relations Center, logistics, and warehouse teams to support order processing, delivery, returns, and manual flows.
- Act as the primary contact for manual flows in collaboration with the warehouse and CRC.
- Contribute to the phone sales process and support CRC in converting contacts into purchases.
- Submit, track, and resolve technical tickets and enhancement requests.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for new feature rollouts.
- Train CRC, retail, and operations teams on ecommerce systems, tools, and processes.
- Assist in creating and maintaining homepage plans and campaign briefs.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, current, and aligned with HQ and market guidelines.
- Support implementation of content strategies to increase engagement and conversion.
- Participate in campaign meetings to integrate ecommerce across all relevant touchpoints.
- Support execution of product merchandising strategies for optimal online visibility.
- Manage product categorization, tagging, filters, and search optimization.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track product lifecycle and manage assortment including novelties, out-of-range, and limited editions.
- Track and analyze website traffic, sales, and operations performance.
- Support generation of reports and insights for the Ecommerce Manager.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce and eagerness to grow further.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
- Passion for delivering outstanding online shopping experiences.
A minimum of 4 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail is required.
