1. Manage the operational follow-up of online orders from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure seamless operations and resolve any arising issues.
3. Handle inquiries from the customer service team promptly.
4. Act as the main liaison between the customer service team and operational stakeholders, including warehouse, logistics, finance, and fraud departments.
5. Organize and oversee exceptional order and delivery services for high-value orders.
6. Track client returns and exchanges daily.
7. Troubleshoot and provide support for ad hoc operational issues.

1. Strong interest in e-commerce operations.
2. Passion for the luxury industry.

1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Zendesk is advantageous.
3. Ability to structure and organize work effectively.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in e-commerce operations or a related field is preferred.
