1. Manage the operational follow-up of online orders from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
3. Act as the main liaison between customer service and operational stakeholders such as warehouse, logistics, finance, and fraud departments.
4. Organize and oversee exceptional order and delivery services for high-value orders.
5. Track client returns and exchanges daily.
6. Troubleshoot and provide support for ad hoc issues to ensure seamless operations.

1. Strong interest in e-commerce operations and the luxury industry.
2. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.

1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Zendesk is advantageous.
3. Ability to structure and organize work efficiently.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the luxury sector.
