- Provide support for order-related inquiries and issues.
- Execute e-merchandising tasks to enhance product display, website search results, and personalization.
- Manage local website catalog for visibility, sellability, and content relevance.
- Consolidate and prioritize market requests for local content adaptations to support activations.
- Analyze and monitor website performance, client journey, and market trends to improve conversion rates.
- Provide support and feedback on selected projects through to completion.
- Raise and follow up on service tickets for bugs, improvements, and tasks to ensure timely resolution.
- Offer administrative support for eCommerce orders during peak gifting periods, if necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce operations team on order-related topics.
- Compile weekly and monthly business reports with insights for key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and numerical analysis.

- Ability to maintain a positive mindset and 'can do' attitude.
Experience in eCommerce is advantageous.
