- Define and lead the e-commerce roadmap for Cartier North America, aligning with global strategy and Maison priorities.
- Drive execution of digital initiatives to enhance conversion and Omnichannel integrations.
- Champion client-centric UX evolution, ensuring digital presence reflects Cartier’s craftsmanship and storytelling.
- Oversee A/B testing to accelerate innovation and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and HQ to prioritize and deliver enhancements with measurable business outcomes.
- Supervise e-merchandising activations, including homepage strategy and holiday catalogue pushes.
- Optimize product sorting logic and catalogue structure to drive conversion and engagement.
- Guide visual and written content alignment with Maison’s creative direction.
- Analyze onsite search performance and manage product discoverability.
- Lead e-commerce performance framework, delivering monthly insights and conducting strategic reviews.
- Oversee SEO strategy and implement technical audits to sustain visibility.
- Act as key liaison between Cartier North America and HQ Digital, Marketing, and Retail teams.
- Lead cross-functional working groups to ensure consistency across client journey.
- Provide direction and mentorship to e-commerce team, fostering a culture of precision and innovation.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, or omnichannel retail within the luxury or premium sector.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional digital transformations and managing complex initiatives.
- Strong command of UX, data analytics, SEO, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecosystem.
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills with ability to translate data into strategic direction.
- Deep understanding of Cartier’s values with impeccable attention to detail and aesthetics.

A minimum of 7 years in e-commerce, digital strategy, or omnichannel retail within the luxury or premium sector is required.
Expected salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 plus incentives. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
