Cartier E-commerce Manager

- Lead, plan, and execute short and long-term e-commerce strategies for Cartier's online platform and off-site operations.
- Achieve sales targets and manage KPIs for the eBoutique.
- Collaborate with Client Relations Centre, Logistics, Marketing, Cartier International eCommerce, Cartier HQ, and external agencies.
- Support and monitor Retail Partners' website operations.
- Optimize e-commerce performance through analysis of sales, conversion rates, traffic, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage monthly e-commerce reporting and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee digital catalog management and ensure timely product setup and activation.
- Enhance client satisfaction by developing new features in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including stock counts and audits.
- Maintain strict control of Cartier's image on Retail Partners' websites and provide necessary support.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and collaborate with Marketing and Media teams for stock updates and advertising alignment.
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital, E-commerce, or Marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills and sales orientation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Digital Media, ROAS, SEM, and SEO.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Client-oriented with luxury product and retail sensibility.
- Autonomous problem-solver with digital savvy.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
4-6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital environments, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
Master’s Degree or Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital, E-commerce, or Marketing.
