Cartier International E-Commerce Business Intelligence Analyst

- Analyze E-Commerce performance from multiple perspectives and provide insights on emerging trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and monitor E-Commerce KPIs for a key product category.
- Collaborate with international teams and markets to share insights on business evolution.
- Participate in the preparation of global performance reviews and comment on E-Commerce channel performance.
- Identify and coordinate the implementation of new growth opportunities in line with Maison and E-Commerce strategy.
- Benchmark Cartier E-Commerce against key industry players.
- Understand client data and user journeys on the website.
- Support markets with data visualization and dashboarding, enhancing user adoption.
- Propose innovative data visualizations and optimize existing reports.
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- First experience in business analysis within commercial, finance, marketing, or supply chain sectors.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a digital aptitude.
- Fluency in English and French.
First experience in business analysis in commercial, finance, marketing, or supply chain.
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
